Féile Chill Dara Registration Details

 
- A panel shall be confined to a maximum of 24 players, Team Manager and three Team Mentors.
 - Registration Form (click link at end of page to download Form) to be completed in full and signed by all 24 players on panel, and include Team Manager's name, mobile number and e-mail address. 
 - Entry Fee of €150 - cheques made payable to Féile Chill Dara. 
 - Final date for Registration for Kildare teams is 1^st March, 2009. 
 - All other teams must send in Registration by 6^th May, 2009. 

Additional Information required for Official Programme:

 - Digital Team photograph and short Club History (see Registration Checklist link below)

All participating teams will be subject to random inspections during Féile competitions.  Please ensure nominated Team Mentor has the following to hand:

 - Original Birth Certificate for each player.
 - An individual passport size photograph of each player signed on the back and attached to their birth certificate.
